Kirk Adams holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and is a nationally recognized advocate, consultant, and transformational nonprofit leader specializing in disability inclusion and workforce innovation.
Over the past 20+ years, Kirk has worked with government agencies, nonprofits, and major corporations to create career pathways and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
He has led and advised respected organizations including the American Foundation for the Blind and Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc., before founding Innovative Impact LLC in 2022.
